The Problem
Current fitness apps optimise for in-app time, instead of reaching your goal.
Calorie counting is a common term for anybody who tracks their nutrition: you eat more calories than you burn, you gain weight. You eat less calories, you lose weight.
Simple enough until you realise that a small chocolate bar may have more calories than an entire lunch. So people lean often on apps for help to track how much they’ve eaten or to understand nutrition better.
